Is it really free?
Yes it's really free to post up to 4 pictures for 44 days, but if you really want us to charge you, just send us $2.65 and we'll call it even. (This is the price of a Starbucks "Venti" Americano cup of coffee). It's a free site.
What if I want to have more pictures of my house?
Our plans:
Espresso Package:
This plan gives you 6 pictures for 66 days for $26, your ad title bolded, your ad highlighted in blue (View sample) on the category listing pages.
Renewal fee is only $6.
Latte Package:
This plan gives you 10 pictures for 100 days for $30, your ad title bolded, highlighted in blue (View sample) on the category listing pages. Ad is posted for 100 days and renewal fee is only $10.00.
Other cool features:
Select the free ad, 4 photos for 44 days, and choose: Have your home highlighted in blue for only $2 or your title bolded for $1.
Don’t have a digital camera? We make house calls. Just email us to schedule a good time for us to have your home professionally photographed. It’s very affordable and we’ll do all the leg work.
How do I place an ad?

We don't ask for any payment or credit card information unless you've decided to purchase one of the upgrade options. Try it. You'll see!
Isn't this site just like Craigslist?
Well, we are both free and easy to use, but with austinhouse.net you never have to re-post your house to get it to show up. And once your home is uploaded it stays for 44 days (or longer if you choose).
In order to get the maximum exposure, consider posting your house on Craigslist.org with your Austinhouse.net link. How?
